How this relates to the contact report
Our research snapshot of 5 October 2026 identified 1,477 PCA accreditation entries for review: 1,292 testing, 172 calibration and 13 medical. An accreditation entry is not necessarily one unique laboratory contact location. Contact routing and performing sites for these entries have not all been reconciled; they are not counted as 1,477 additional contacts in the paid report. The live PCA register is authoritative for current status and scope.
