How we work

Laboratory Report Terms

Policy version: LAB-2026-10-02-06.

These terms cover the Laboratory Selection Report offered under the European-Standards.com brand. Your contract is with the website operator identified in our Legal Notice, including the operator’s legal identity and business contact details. In these terms, “we” means that operator.

What you buy for €10

You buy one laboratory selection report for €10 in total, including applicable taxes. It is a single payment, with no additional report-delivery charge. No account, subscription, renewal or continuing database access is included.

You choose your country, laboratory activity and search terms, with optional city and service-summary filters. Before payment, the preview shows the number of matching laboratory contact entries and how many include an email, phone number and website. You receive a concise contact list: one row per laboratory contact location, with its name, address, service summary, available business contact details, accreditation references, official source links and source-check dates. It is delivered to your chosen email address as an email report with a CSV attachment.

The free preview shows counts; it does not provide the full report. A selection with no matching contact entries is not offered for purchase. Multiple accreditations at the same contact location are combined. Separate contact locations can belong to the same organisation. A listed address may be a laboratory, a head office or an administrative contact for work at customer sites; the report states the recorded role.

Coverage and the meaning of a match

The directory is incomplete and coverage varies by country and activity. Service summaries may describe selected services rather than a complete scope. Missing email, phone or website details are left blank and their availability is shown before payment. Published contact details have not been tested for email delivery or response. Some entries are public or internal laboratories that may not accept outside customers. This is not a complete list of every European laboratory, and zero matches do not establish that no suitable laboratory exists.

A match means that a reviewed database record meets your selected filters. It does not establish that a laboratory can accept your project, issue the particular report you require or meet your deadline and budget. The report does not include laboratory work, a quotation, medical advice or diagnosis, contact with providers on your behalf, or a guaranteed introduction.

Before ordering laboratory work, confirm the performing site, current accreditation status, exact scope, method, sample or material, technical limits, availability and quotation using the official sources and the laboratory. Our report is a sourcing aid, not continuous accreditation monitoring.

Payment and your saved selection

Payment uses hosted Revolut checkout. A bank authorisation or return to this website is not by itself confirmation of completed payment. Your order is confirmed when we verify completed payment for its reference.

The selected report is saved for fulfilment. Payment and record eligibility are checked before sending. If a payment or source issue needs investigation, we do not silently replace the purchased selection with different or fewer results. Contact us if an order is held so we can arrange the appropriate resolution.

Email delivery and assistance

Automatic dispatch starts as soon as completed payment has been verified. We first send your order confirmation and a saved copy of the purchase conditions. Your report then follows automatically as an email with a CSV attachment. You do not need an account or a separate request for preparation.

Automatic dispatch does not guarantee instant arrival in your inbox: payment verification, email transit and security or source checks can delay delivery. If a check prevents us from supplying the agreed report, the order is held for investigation. We do not silently send a smaller or different selection. If your report is missing, contact the support address below with your order reference.

Check your email address before paying. It cannot be edited through checkout after payment creation has begun. To report an incorrect address or missing email, contact info@european-standards.com with your order reference. Check your spam folder and do not purchase again while the original order is being investigated.

An email-service acceptance notice means that the message was accepted for sending; it does not prove inbox receipt. If the submission outcome is uncertain, we investigate before sending another copy. Do not send card numbers, security codes or passwords.

You need a working email address and software that can read ordinary email and UTF-8 CSV files, such as a spreadsheet application or text editor. The report does not include copies of standards or third-party source documents, and the purchase does not transfer rights in those documents.

Cancellation, report problems and privacy

Our Laboratory Report Refund Policy explains our voluntary three-day consumer refund guarantee, statutory withdrawal, non-delivery, duplicate-payment and accuracy concerns. The guarantee does not shorten any mandatory withdrawal or other legal rights. Requesting early report preparation does not by itself waive your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights concerning a report that is not supplied or materially fails to match its agreed description.

Buying this report does not submit a laboratory enquiry or subscribe you to marketing. See our Privacy Policy and Laboratory Report Privacy Addendum for order-data information.

For order support or a complaint, email info@european-standards.com. The operator’s telephone number and postal contact are available in the Legal Notice.
