Partner Eligibility and Evidence Policy
1. Purpose
This policy protects users and the credibility of the platform by requiring commercial partners to support material professional claims.
2. Minimum information
An applicant may be asked for legal identity, trading name, contact details, countries served, service categories, professional qualifications, accreditation or certification details, insurer information, relevant experience, website and official registry links.
3. Evidence standards
Evidence must be current, legible, attributable to the applicant and relevant to the claimed scope. A certificate, membership or accreditation may not be described more broadly than its issuing body, location, standard, activity or validity allows. Translations or direct verification may be requested.
4. Review outcomes
An application may be approved, approved with a limited scope, returned for clarification, rejected, suspended or withdrawn. Commercial payment does not compel approval and does not replace evidence review.
5. Continuing duty
Partners must notify European Standards of material changes, expiry, suspension, legal restrictions, ownership changes or loss of insurance that affect an approved profile or project category. Periodic re-verification may be required.
6. Prohibited representations
A partner must not claim that a paid placement is accreditation, certification, official appointment, regulatory approval, editorial endorsement, guaranteed ranking or exclusive status unless a separate written instrument expressly and lawfully establishes that fact.
7. Fair process
Where practicable, the applicant will receive a reason or clarification request and may submit corrected evidence. European Standards may withhold sensitive fraud-prevention methods and may act immediately where necessary to protect users or comply with law.
