Qualified Lead Acceptance Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to prepaid lead-credit wallets and qualified project opportunities offered to approved partners.
2. Eligible project
An eligible project contains enough information, reasonably available at the time, to indicate a genuine request within an approved service category and geography. It should include a contact route, requested service or problem, and relevant timing or scope information. Eligibility does not guarantee that the project will proceed or be awarded.
3. Offer and acceptance
The partner is shown the available project summary and applicable credit fee before acceptance. Credit is deducted only after explicit acceptance. Unless the offer states otherwise, the partner should accept or reject within 48 hours so the requester can receive a timely response.
4. Non-exclusivity
A project may be offered to more than one suitable provider unless the offer expressly states that it is exclusive. Acceptance provides permission to contact the requester for the stated project only and does not guarantee exclusivity, response or award.
5. Invalid or disputable cases
A partner may request credit restoration for a materially false contact, confirmed duplicate already charged to the same partner for the same project, project clearly outside the accepted category or geography, inaccessible contact route after reasonable attempts, or another objectively ineligible case. A change of mind, lost tender, no response after valid delivery, price competition or failure to win the work does not by itself make a lead invalid.
6. Dispute procedure
A dispute should be submitted within five business days of acceptance, with the project reference, reason and reasonable evidence. European Standards will review platform records and may request clarification. Valid disputes restore the corresponding credit to the wallet. The ledger records the original deduction and restoration rather than deleting history.
7. Data use
Project data may be used only to assess and respond to the specific request, perform conflict and compliance checks, and keep necessary business records. It must not be resold, published, enriched for unrelated marketing or shared with an unauthorised third party.
8. Partner conduct
Partners must respond professionally, avoid pressure or misleading claims, protect confidential information, comply with applicable marketing and data-protection law, and promptly report suspected fraud or safeguarding concerns. Repeated poor conduct may lead to suspension.
